My stay exceeded expectations during a stopover in san francisco! The victorian charm and attention to detail were good, especially the complimentary wine and cheese hour which was a nice touch. I loved the french toast for breakfast, a dish that still lingers in my mind.
bathroom could use more toiletries.

Perfect for a romantic getaway
The breakfast was top notch with Kelly serving us champagne and amazing French toast topped with fresh berries which was a real treat and made us feel special and at home. I also appreciated how the staff allowed us to store our luggage even after check-out so we could continue our day without worries.
Definitely not the budget option but worth every penny for the experience.

The place is stunning with beautiful antiques and a cozy vibe. We loved soaking in the deep tub and enjoying the afternoon wine and cheese. The only downside was the lack of a mini-fridge in the room, but it didn’t ruin our experience at all. 😊

I loved the charm of the Victorian building. it really felt like stepping back in time. The original features made it unique and cozy. The breakfast was freshly made every morning. I looked forward to enjoying the spread. The wine and cheese hour in the afternoon encouraged a friendly atmosphere. I also appreciated the cleanliness of my room, and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. However, there were some challenges. The stair access was tough for me on the top floor. The room temperature was hard to manage. it felt sweltering, and I had to open the windows for ventilation. The noise from the street was quite noticeable at night too, which interrupted my sleep. Overall, the experience was delightful despite a few quirks that could be improved.

Staying here felt like a unique experience in a charming, historic Victorian house. The breakfast provided was abundant and varied, offering fresh smoothies alongside other delicious options. However, my downstairs room lacked a view, and while traffic noise was present, it didn't detract too much from my overall comfort. The nearby restaurants were convenient, but parking costs were mentioned by other guests, which might be a consideration for future stays.
